Wearing | Aztec Diamond

Hello peeps! Long time no see. Or long time no blog? I have been on holiday recently and then I got sick after returning... Boo for sickness. So, I feel like I have neglected my blog for a little bit but I'm back and fighting to get into the swing of things again. I thought I would post a few outfit snaps to show you all what I was wearing on holiday. Holiday outfits are so much more fun as opposed to the boring old Scottish weather and scenery. Having said that, these snaps were taken before leaving for the airport. But anyway, this is my travel outfit post.

Apologies for the bad quality photos, my memory card for my camera decided to disappear so I couldn't use it the full holiday. Major PAIN!!!

Sunnies - Primark £1!!! / Top - Topshop Sale / Kimono / Jeans / Sandals / Watch - Michael Kors / Bag - New Look / Nails - Various Barry M, Topshop and Rimmel Nail Polish

I like to be comfortable when it comes to travelling so I thought that Topshop's incredibly comfy Leigh jeans and a kimono were the perfect combination. I bought this little white top from the Topshop sale and have already posted about it on my blog in my last outfit post. My Kimono is from new look and I love the triangle trim at the bottom of it because it's a little different. My sandals are yet again La Moda's chunky heels but if you can't find them on there, Ebay is a good place to look. I have just painted and decorated clear pointed tips with different nail polishes and little diamontes. Great if you are on a budget as the clear tips were only £3/4 from Ebay.

Thanks for reading guys, ttyl,

Wearing | Neon And On And On

I am not usually a neon wearer as it reminds me too much of those clubland days. Although, as the summer is creeping it's way into the UK, I decided that this coord was totally acceptable. Bright and bold is always better than dull and boring. Agreed?

Co ordinate - Bank
Platforms - Kurt Geiger
Clutch - (No idea, borrowed from a friend sorry)
Rings - Various
Lips - MAC's Candy Yum Yum

Okay, I wore this for a night out with my best friends on Friday night. I LOVE IT and I hope you find it quite interesting too. I could have paired this loud two piece with a more neutral shade of bag but knowing me I went for colour blocking with a hot pink clutch! My nails are also a cheapy stick on pack from Primark and they stuck so well. There were black with pink pokadots (sorry for no close up). My Nanettes from Kurt Geiger are always good for pairing with any outfit.

Let me know what you guys think! Would you like to see some more personal fashion posts?

Trending: Co-Ordinate's

I highly doubt that I have been the only one crushing on the co-ords trend currently taking its spot in the world of fashion. They are delivered in many styles and by many brands, spotted on cat walks and our high street's. I personally prefer matching seperate items in an outfit over a dress. It's a little bit more creative. Therefore I thought I would put together this post to showcase some of my favourite's that I have had my eye on. Included will be a variety of various styles so there's bound to be something for everyone. I have quite a few to display but have shortlisted it to my top 15!

The A line & Flair Skirts

Dog Tooth Lilac A-line Skirt £14.99 - Missguided
Dog Tooth Lilac Crop Top £9.99 - Missguided

This Square Print in Monochrome outfit from Rare London is on trend and easy to accessorise. I have included this pretty pair of Dog Tooth Lilac Set that is easy to experiment with and mix and match with other pieces.

The Midi Skirt and Trouser

Floral Bandeau £12 | Floral Midi Skirt £15 - Boohoo
Green Craze Crop £21 | Green Craze Tube Skirt £19.60 - Stay Sick
Retro Vibes Tie Neck Crop £28.99 | Printed Joggers £31.99 - Stay Sick
High Neck Crop Top £14.99 | Curve Hem Midi Skirt £14.99 - Missguided

Two pieces are so effortless to wear but make a big statement. As you can see, you can go for a busy print if you want to keep it fun and upbeat or simple with a neutral colour such as this elegant High Neck Crop & Curve Hem Midi from Missguided.

The Shorts & Skorts

Brocade Print High Neck Crop £19.99 | Shorts (Not in stock) - Missguided
Sequin Box Top £35 | High Waist Sequin Shorts £35 - Oh My Love

I just had to feature this Brocade Print Blue Set despite that the shorts currently sold out. The straight cut edges create a more classic, defined look for a formal event. The Sequin Box Top & Shorts are definitely my favourite co-ordinates. They look so edgy and quirky paired together and would also work well with alternatives.

The Bodycon Skirts

Pink Dogtooth Skirt £14.99 | Pink Dogtooth Crop Top £14.99 - Missguided
Paint Mark Tube Skirt £22 | Paint Mark Crop £18 - Motel Rocks

I am not usually a fan of bodycon skirts, but I couldn't resist these cute pieces. They are also in two superior trends at the moment - Pastel and Monocrome. Spaghetti straps have also been making an appearance on a few of the tops I have chosen. As well as aysemmetric skirts which are unusual and really popular.

Have you been loving any co-ordinate pieces lately?

High Heel Wants #1

My previous blog name (High Heel Hype) may have revealed that I am a lover/wearer/worshipper of high heels. Don't get me wrong, I adore flats too and most of the time I will be sporting flat shoes. But, there is just something about purchasing a brand new spanking pair of heels. Why do they all lure me in? Sometimes, I tease myself by browsing shoes that are totally out of my budget. You will see that showcased in todays High Heel Wants (Mr Louboutin I'm talking about you)! I will often style my whole outfit around a pair of shoes instead of styling the other way around.

Welcome my first post in the High Heel Wants series...

*Please note that I may include small heel, wedges and other types of shoes. I named this series simply due to my love of all shoes. The website sources are highlighted.

KG Nelson Taupe Leather Mid Heel Ankle Boots - Kurt Geiger £120
On Top Lilac Patent Leather - Office £65
Yellow Peep Toe Platform Sandals - River Island £55
Pressure Leather Platforms - Asos £65
Black Chunky Buckle Platform Sandals - La Moda £28.99
White Metal Cuff Barely There Sandals - River Island £75
Jewel T Bar Point Nude Leather - Office £65
Lady Peep Sling Patent - Christian Louboutin £625

KG Nelson Taupe Leather Mid Heel Ankle Boots - Kurt Geiger £120
I know the price isn't too inviting but these boots are real leather and would be an investment. I have not been a fan of mules until I spotted these beauties.

On Top Lilac Patent Leather - Office £65
Office have delivered with these pastel lilac heels. Not only are they the perfect spring/summer colour but they are also super quality.

Yellow Peep Toe Platform Sandals - River Island £55
Partnerning your glowing tan with these yellow peep toe platforms will have you looking fresh and ready for summer. I am loving chunky heeled sandals with high ankle straps.

Pressure Leather Platforms - Asos £65
I am crushing on these platforms from Asos. Caged shoes are on trend at the moment. The white and stone compliment each other so well.

Black Chunky Buckle Platform Sandals - Lamoda £28.99
These aren't high heels but I had to give them a mention. For months now I have witnessed platform sandals come alive. The chunkier the better! They are a must have for summer.

White Metal Cuff Barely There Sandals - River Island £75
River Island have been stepping up their game lately. These contrasted sandals are classic and the ankle cuff design is gorgeous.

Jewel T Bar Point Nude Leather - Office £65
My favourites! These beauties are an alternative to the ever so expensive Valentino Noir's (Minus the studs). They also come in black but the nude are sooo sexy (Yes, shoes can be sexy ha).

Lady Peep Sling Patent - Christian Louboutin £625
As part of the new Spring collection, these pastel inspired sling backs are the ultimate luxury shoe this month. The soft peach and lemon look fabulous together and if money weren't an issue I would snap these up (Don't mind me, I'm just dreaming).
